Our Partnership With
Scottish Rite
Scottish Rite for Children is a nonprofit pediatric orthopedic hospital based in North Texas and a nationally recognized leader in the treatment of pediatric orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and fractures. Its work is rooted in a mission of providing children exceptional medical care and support, regardless of their family’s ability to pay.
Since 2018, 5C youth leaders have organized performances, fundraisers, service projects, and youth-led community events to support Scottish Rite’s mission. Over the past eight years, these efforts have evolved alongside 5C, and we are honored to support their work in the community.

Serving Through COVID
When COVID made live performances and in-person events difficult, 5C adapted and continued finding ways to serve the community.
5C hosted a virtual edition of the Winter Charity Concert, washed cars for neighbors, and started Baked with Love, a virtual pop-up bake sale featuring premium, made-to-order baked goods.

POST-COVID
DFW Youth Leadership Forum
As in-person events returned after COVID, 5C wanted to move beyond fundraising alone and create a community event that combined support for Scottish Rite with youth leadership development. This led to the creation of the DFW Youth Leadership Forum, an annual event that combines fundraising with 5C’s mission of developing youth leaders.
Since its launch in 2024, the forum has brought together speakers, students, and community organizations while continuing to support Scottish Rite. As the next chapter of 5C's partnership with Scottish Rite, the forum creates opportunities for students to lead, serve, and make a difference in their community.
