Empowering Every Student Through STEM
FIRST Access is a FIRST in Texas initiative dedicated to providing students in special education with meaningful opportunities to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) through hands-on robotics experiences.
At 5C, we proudly partner with community organizations while also operating our own FIRST Access Team Evergreen 49 (FTC#36141) to bring inclusive STEM education directly to students and families across our community. Our mission is to create an environment where students of all abilities can discover their potential, build confidence, and develop essential STEM skills through engaging, supportive, and fun learning experiences.
We are honored to be a two-year grantee of the Orchid Giving Circle, supporting our special needs robotics program and expanding opportunities for girls across Asia to engage in STEM, robotics, and leadership. Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and inclusive teamwork, the program empowers girls with diverse abilities to build confidence, develop technical skills, and discover their potential as future innovators and leaders.
